Management Development Programme.

In this programme, Managers will learn the key capabilities, knowledge, and skills to ensure they are ready to take on the responsibilities and contribute effectively towards the growth and development of their company. The focus will be on increasing the capacities of managers in a number of activities including supervising, organising, planning, leading,  motivating, communicating, delegating, developing self, change, and finance.

The programme modules are designed to take the participant through the journey of understanding what a Managers role is, how it fits into an organisation, the purpose of their role and how a Managers role supported with the right tools and an understanding of how to gain the best from their staff impacts success.

This nine-day Management Development Programme provides a basis for new Managers to identify their role within an organisation and how it aligns with Corporate Values, Culture, and expectations.

The training, holistic in its approach combines theory with practice and provides an opportunity for participants in each module, to hear the benefits of implementing behaviours and process, see the benefits through demonstration of previous knowledge and apply them during a group exercise.

There will be evaluations through discussion at the end of each module and again at the end of the programme.  Participants will gain skills, strategies, and techniques to implement new process and manage behaviours. This programme focuses on providing participants with the know how to implement strategies that are effective and support Managers in their day to day role.

Note – The modules can be tailored to suit your specific business needs – each module can be stand-alone or you can choose a number of modules to suit your business needs.
